Shocking! 23 fake Universities functioning in India, nine in Uttar Pradesh

At least nine fake Universities are functioning in Uttar Pradesh, followed by seven in Delhi.

At least 23 fake Universities and 279 such technical institutes are functioning in India.

Weeks ahead of admission season of the 2017-18, a list of 23 unrecognised institutions in eight states, have been put out by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
